PRIVACY POLICY

NAGLAK takes the privacy policy of the users of the www.naglak.pl website very seriously, making every effort to protect the platform against unauthorized  access by third parties. In the field of personal data protection, NAGLAK operates in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR).

As in most websites, in order to improve performance, effectively adapt the content of the presented materials and to improve security, cookies are used to collect, process and transmit statistical data related to visits to websites, time spent or the structure of movement.

What are cookies?

The so-called “cookies”, i.e. numeric and text files installed on the user’s device (smartphone, tablet, computer) via a web browser. These files allow the website to save the user’s preferences, e.g. regarding it. Cookies are accepted by the user’s web browser and are used to identify the device. The data obtained from these files are in no way combined with the personal data of users obtained, for example, during registration on the website.

What type of cookies do we use ?

We use our own and external cookies. In the field of own files, so-called session cookies and persistent cookies are u sed.

  • Session files are so-called temporary cookies related to an active connection to the website. These files are deleted when the web browser is closed. These files are mainly used to maintain current settings while navigating the website (e.g. if the user logs in to the website, the browser does not require re-logging on each subpage of the website).
  • Permanent files are cookies installed directly on the device on which the website has been launched via a web browser. These files, unlike session files, remain installed on the device after closing the browser. The category of these files contains individual settings files for the website and statistical files related to navigating the website (e.g. the number of visits, the structure of movement, or the times of visiting the website or subpages).

In order to increase the effectiveness of the presented materials and to adjust the content and ergonomics of the website at the general level of user preferences, so-called external files, i.e. cookies of external entities, are used. They are most often associated with applications or objects owned by external entities. (e.g. advertising tools used to redirect to external websites, or even links to access maps that do not belong to the tools owned by the owner of the www.naglak.pl website). In short, own files are used to support data analysis in the field of preferences directly related to the website, while external files both allow to define a profile in relation to the preferences of the subject of the website itself, as well as on a general level related to the scope of other visited websites, allowing to build global user preferences, which in as a result, it leads to a more effective presentation of advertising materials and content.
